The chalet accommodates up to 4 people in its 170 m² of total area, offering plenty of comfort surrounded by nature. Surrounded by olive trees and located in a secure condominium, it is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility, privacy, and well-being.

We are located near the city of Passa Quatro, which is known for its steam train rides, the La Mision event, and its mild climate surrounded by mountains.

- We provide a complete set of bedding, including pillows, sheets, blankets, and bath and face towels.

- We provide a moderate amount of firewood for use in the sauna and fire pit.

- The fireplace is intended solely for decoration and is not available for use.

- To access the leisure area and the mezzanine, which has a double sofa bed, you need to climb some stairs, making it not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The rest of the chalet is on a single level.

- Pets are not allowed.

Upon arrival at the chalet, guests will have access to:

- A complete leisure area with a portable grill, jacuzzi, fire pit area with tables and chairs, sauna, half bath, and a balcony overlooking the mountains.

- Spacious living room with a sofa and dining table.

- Kitchen equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring functional utensils such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, and more.

- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, oil-filled electric heater, TV, clothes rack, and balcony.

- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed, oil-filled electric heater, and balcony.

- Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a sofa, TV, and a workspace.

There is also a guest bathroom and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as gas-heated showers in the bathrooms and a hair dryer.

Three uncovered parking spaces are available: two in the main patio and one in the lower patio.
