- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.

- Subject to availability, check-in and check-out times may be flexible. Please contact our team in advance to confirm whether this can be arranged.

- To ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone in the building, loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- The standard electrical voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- The studio does not have child safety screens. However, it is enclosed by glass windows, providing an additional level of safety.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, lounge, fitness center, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not available.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee paid directly on site. The laundry area also provides an open Wi-Fi network for guests to use.

- PLEASE NOTE: The building is currently undergoing construction work. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 2:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each reservation includes one complete set of linens for the entire stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

- If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is subject to availability and is available for an additional charge.

- The condominium does not provide standard parking spaces. However, paid parking facilities are available nearby, with payment made directly on site.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents during the stay. If no issues are identified, no additional charges will apply. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.
