The studio has a total area of 25m² and comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The building offers leisure facilities and a 24-hour onsite reception.

We are located in one of the city's main business areas, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, recently opened with access to the airport).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, providing greater security to the area.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (charges apply, paid directly on-site). This area has open WI-FI access.

Upon entering the studio, guests will find:

- A kitchen equipped with ideal items and appliances for a cozy stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, air fryer, among others.

- Studio area with a double bed, Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning (cooling only), glass window enclosures with soundproofing, and curtains. - Bathroom with gas-heated shower.

We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not offer common parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charged separately, payable at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not allowed.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the location.
