The studio features an open-concept design and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.
In the same space, there is a kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical stay, as well as a bathroom, wardrobe, desk for home office, Smart TV, and Nespresso coffee machine. You need to bring your own capsules, but they can be purchased at the convenience store in the building, located on the ground floor inside the coworking area.
A balcony with a glass door separates the rooms. In the outdoor space, there is a table with chairs and a sofa to enjoy the outdoor environment.
For added comfort, the apartment has blackout curtains separating the space from the balcony.
On warmer days, you can count on air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
We do not offer a garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building or in nearby paid parking lots.
- Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, except for the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including the manual, house rules, and leisure suggestions in the area.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the booking holder must provide a selfie holding a valid photo ID for the vacation rental agreement. A valid photo ID (ID card, driver's license, residence permit, or passport) must also be provided for all guests.
- To comply with the condominium rules, noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine, in accordance with the building regulations.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Visitors are not allowed during the stay.
- Guests have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and convenience store. The party room is not available for guest use.
- The condominium offers a shared laundry facility, available for an additional fee.
- We provide one complete set of bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket per stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be requested for an extra charge.
- If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional fee.
- The property does not include a parking space. However, you may park on the street in front of the building or use nearby paid parking facilities.
- A R$ 1,000.00 security deposit is required for your reservation to cover any potential damages or unexpected expenses. If no issues are identified, no charges will be made. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following the inspection of the apartment.
