The apartment has a total area of 48 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The building offers leisure facilities and 24-hour front desk service.

Strategically located in the heart of one of the city's main business districts, it is close to Morumbi Avenue, Morumbi and Market Place malls, and just 450 meters from Morumbi–Claro station, connected to lines 9–Emerald and 17–Gold, with direct access to the airport.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed with glass windows, providing greater safety for the space.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility (charged separately, directly on-site). This facility also has open WI-FI access.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will find:

- A kitchen equipped with items and appliances ideal for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, among others.

We do not offer regular parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply and are paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. They will not have access to the party hall.
