- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie holding their ID to sign the vacation rental agreement, as well as valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE/Foreigner ID, or Passport).
- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Violations will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
