- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the area.

Upon entering the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with a two-burner cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, air purifier, minibar, coffee maker, and other items for a comfortable stay.
The space also offers hot and cold air conditioning, Samsung Smart TV, iron and ironing board, wardrobe, hangers, side table, bedside lamp, two armchairs, a double bed, and on the balcony there is a plastic table with four chairs.
The bathroom features a gas-heated shower and hair dryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car at a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply).

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
