Located in a condominium with leisure facilities, our 30m² studio accommodates up to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed, making it an excellent choice for those seeking convenience and comfort. It includes a shared laundry, home office space, pool, and gym.

We are on Oscar Freire Street, near Rebouças Avenue, close to restaurants and shopping centers, ideal for exploring the city while working.

- Not accessible, as it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach the bed.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and microfiber blankets.

- There are no child safety screens in the studio.

- Visitors are not allowed.

Our studio is spacious, well-decorated, and cozy. It features an open-concept design and accommodates up to 3 guests in a double bed and a sofa bed.

Upon entering, guests will have access to a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and sandwich maker.

Up the stairs, there is a mezzanine with a double bed; in front, there is a living area with a Smart TV, dining table for 2 people, and a home office desk. We also provide a wardrobe, air conditioning (hot and cold), and high-speed Wi-Fi.

For a cozier atmosphere, there is a blackout curtain separating the apartment from the balcony. On the balcony, there is a small table with two chairs for enjoying the outdoor space.

We do not offer parking, but you can park your car nearby.

The guest will have access to the pool, gym, coworking space, OMO laundry, except for the party room.
