For those seeking comfort and convenience, our 30m² studio is an excellent choice: it accommodates up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed, located in a condominium with leisure facilities. The building offers a pool, gym, home office space, and shared laundry.

We are on Oscar Freire Street, close to Rebouças Avenue, with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. It's perfect for working and exploring the city.

- The studio is not accessible, as access to the bed is via a flight of stairs.

- The studio does not have safety nets for children.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- The building has a shared laundry managed by OMO (additional charges apply).

Cozy, spacious, and well-decorated, our studio features an open-concept layout and accommodates up to 3 guests, with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Right at the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a practical stay: refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and sandwich maker.

The double bed is located on the mezzanine, accessed by the stairs. In front is the living area with a Smart TV, a desk for working from home, and a dining table for 2 people. The space also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

On the balcony, there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy the outdoor area. To make the space even cozier, the division between the apartment and the balcony has blackout curtains.

The property does not have a garage, but there are options for parking nearby.

The guest may use the gym, the pool, and the coworking space. The party hall is not available for use.
