- Bathroom with gas shower, bidet shower, hairdryer, and a window that provides natural lighting to the space.

We do not provide common parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charged separately, payment made directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the game room, social lounge, beach tennis court, and laundry room. Access to the party room, pet area, and barbecue area will not be available. The gym and coworking space are currently being finished.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must send a photo/selfie holding their ID to sign the vacation rental agreement and provide valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE, or Passport).

- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.

- There are no child safety nets, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the game room, social lounge, beach tennis court, and laundry room. Access to the party room, pet area, and barbecue area is not included. The gym and coworking space are currently being completed.
