40 m² apartment for up to 4 guests, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. The building offers leisure facilities and a 24-hour staffed reception.

Located in Liberdade, the traditional Japanese neighborhood of São Paulo, it is close to the Liberdade station and renowned oriental restaurants. The area also features markets, cultural centers, and the famous Liberdade Fair, offering convenience, culture, and great infrastructure.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you would like to change the linen or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you wish to schedule additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety on the premises.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (extra charges apply and are paid directly on site).

Upon entering the apartment, the guest will find:

- Kitchen equipped with essential items and appliances such as a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cups, kitchen utensils, placemats, among others.

- Spacious living room with a table and two chairs for dining, a table and two chairs for a home office, air conditioning (cooling only), two-seater sofa bed, Samsung Smart TV, balcony with blackout curtains and glass door.

- Bedroom with a double storage bed, wardrobe, hangers, steamer, iron, air conditioning (cooling only), and blackout curtains.

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower, handheld bidet, hair dryer, and a window that brings natural light into the space.

We also provide high-speed WI-FI.

There are no regular parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charged separately, paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the game room, social lounge, beach tennis court, and laundry room. Access to the party room, pet area, and barbecue area will not be available. The gym and coworking space are currently being finished.
