Located 600 meters from the Alto da Boa Vista subway station (Line 5 – Lilac) and just minutes from Congonhas Airport, it's the ideal option for those looking for a combination of convenience and leisure.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set per stay. Requests for linen or towel changes during your stay must be arranged separately).
- If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact our team in advance (additional cost).
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it does have glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium offers a shared laundry room (OMO) (use for a fee).
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the studio, equipped with a Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, a workspace with a lamp, and cabinets. The kitchen has all the utensils for a convenient stay, including a refrigerator, stovetop, air fryer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and more. The balcony is integrated into the studio, features glass enclosures, blackout blinds, and tree-lined views of the neighborhood.
The space also features a bathroom with a power shower, hairdryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
We do not offer on-site parking, but parking is available near the building (additional cost).
Guests can use the condominium's common areas, including the pool, gym, playground, playroom, and coworking space. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not available.

Lume is located in the south of São Paulo, in the Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood, and has a complete leisure area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10 p.m. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.
- Visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studio.
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it does have glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet in the bathroom, for the hairdryer.
- The unit's air conditioning operates on both hot and cold modes. To heat the room in winter, simply select the heat setting on the remote control and adjust the temperature. The transition from cold to hot may take a few moments.
- Guests will have access to the condominium areas, such as the pool, gym, playground, children's library, and coworking space. Use of the party room and barbecue area is not permitted.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (use at an additional cost).
- We provide bed linens, towels, and a blanket (one complete set per stay. Additional changes must be arranged separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance (additional cost).
- There is no parking garage available. However, private parking is available nearby (fees apply).
- A R$1,000.00 security deposit is required for any unforeseen incidents. If no incident occurs, no additional charge will be made, and the refund will be issued within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the unit.

Estrutura do prédio muito boa e comércios bem próximos.
Único ponto é que para quem vai de carro não tem vaga no estacionamento do prédio e é difícil achar vaga ao redor. O estacionamento mais próximo fecha às 18:00.

Muito limpo, organizado, seguro e silencioso! Apartamento com tudo muito novo! Estrutura do prédio muito boa e comércios bem próximos. Único ponto é que para quem vai de carro não tem vaga no estacionamento do prédio e é difícil achar vaga ao redor. O estacionamento mais próximo fecha às 18:00.
