The neighborhood features a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and services, with easy access to Barra Funda and Vila Madalena metro stations for convenience and mobility.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, providing increased safety for the space.

- The building offers a shared laundry facility (additional charges apply).

- To close the blackout blinds, simply lower the switch located next to the window and wait until they are fully closed.

We also provide high-speed WI-FI. We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (additional charges apply).
