Surrounded by nature and located in an exclusive condominium, the house combines sophistication, privacy, and a tranquil atmosphere. The landscape is a highlight: enjoy views of the waters surrounding Ilhabela and the Atlantic Forest around the area.

- We provide a complete set of bedding including pillows, sheets, bath towels, and face towels free of charge. If you wish to have the linen changed during your stay, please check availability (extra charges apply).

- The house is situated on steep terrain and has many stairs, making it unsuitable for children, elderly guests, and people with reduced mobility.

- The road leading to the house is steep, and the journey can be challenging, especially on rainy days. If possible, we recommend using 4x4 vehicles to reach the house.

Upon arriving at the house, in the outdoor area, guests will have access to a wooden deck with an outdoor pool and a koi pond. Inside the house, you will find:

- Master suite with a queen bed, air conditioning, open closet and dresser, as well as a balcony enclosed with blackout curtains, overlooking the parking area, and a bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house. Access to the other houses in the condominium is not allowed.

We are just a few meters from São Pedro beach and close to Curral and Veloso beaches. We are also near very secluded natural pools.

It is possible to get around the island by using vehicles, on foot, or by taking taxis.
