We are approximately 500m from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 4 – Yellow) and next to Rebouças Avenue, where you can find several shops, restaurants and bars.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.
We also have blackout blinds, tables with chairs for dining or home office, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in the parking lot inside the building (prices are additional, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: heated pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: heated pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue grills and party room. - If you wish to use the coworking space, you must request a reservation with our team in advance, specifying the day and time.
