Our studio has a 27m² space and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The building offers a gym, laundry facilities, and 24-hour remote concierge service.

We are located just 1.5 km from Villa-Lobos Park and close to Mirante da Lapa, making it the ideal choice to stay with comfort and convenience whether visiting São Paulo for business or leisure.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows to ensure greater security.

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym. They will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.
