Luxury house on the beachfront in Angra dos Reis

Designed by Arquitetura Bernardes, who also designed the Hotel Fasano, the house is made entirely of Greek marble and fully furnished, accommodating a group of up to 16 people.

Located in a beautiful luxury condominium, the property has direct access to Praia Vermelha, an exclusive and secluded beach. We are also about 40 minutes from the centers of Angra dos Reis and Paraty.

- We provide a complete set of towels, beach towels, face towels, sheets, and pillows.

- Small pets are allowed upon request and an additional fee of R$150.00 per pet is charged. Any damage to the property will be charged to the security deposit.

- Access to the beach requires some stairs, so be careful with guests with limited mobility.

- We provide a washer and dryer in the house.

The house, spread over four floors, impresses with its architecture that prioritizes natural light in practically every room. Of the eight suites, six offer stunning ocean views, while the other two are located in a separate annex, which serves as a cozy guest house with a private living room. The master suite is a particular highlight: it has a large balcony with panoramic views of the beach and surrounding nature, as well as a hot tub for moments of relaxation.

In the main area, an entire floor is surrounded by glass walls, ensuring natural light and integration with the outdoors. The dining room, with two tables, connects harmoniously to the living room, both facing the ocean view. Adjacent are a private TV room and a spacious, equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area is equally enchanting: a large swimming pool overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Angra, surrounded by a garden with leisure space and a gourmet area equipped with a professional barbecue grill, ideal for gatherings and celebrations. On the ground floor, there's a second annex with a suite and living room overlooking the sea. Further down, guests will find an elegant sauna and direct beach access, ensuring an exclusive and unforgettable experience.

We offer 10 uncovered parking spaces in the main house, but you can also park your car in the condominium parking lot, which has several additional spaces.

The guest will have access to all areas of the house.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
