Our studio offers a 25m² space and accommodates up to 3 people. The condominium provides leisure facilities and 24-hour on-site security.

We are located just 700m from Campo Belo subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and about 2km from Congonhas Airport, making it an ideal choice for convenience and comfort.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen or towels during your stay, this must be hired separately).

- If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry facility (additional charges apply, instructions provided on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find the following setup:

- A fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, hand blender, sandwich maker, and various utensils to make cooking easier.

- The studio area features a queen bed, a single trundle bed, hot and cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board, Smart TV, desk with chair for home office use, dining table with chairs, wardrobe, as well as glass windows with blackout curtains.

- Bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (charges apply, paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym, coworking space, and bike storage. They will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips nearby.
