Our apartment offers a spacious 44m² area and accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed. The building features leisure facilities and 24-hour concierge service.

We are next to Pinheiros station and close to key locations in the city, such as Av. Faria Lima, Largo da Batata, Pinheiros Municipal Market, Eldorado Shopping, among others.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set per stay will be offered. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is closed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the area.

- The apartment has a washer and dryer. However, the building also has a shared laundry facility Bubblebox (extra charges apply, paid directly on site).

Upon entering the space, the guest will find:

- Living room with sofa, Smart TV, table with chairs for dining or home office, and an integrated balcony area enclosed by glass windows and blinds.

- Kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, among others. There is also a washer and dryer, service area, and other appliances.

- Bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, steamer, and Smart TV, plus blackout shutters for privacy and darkness.

- Bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We also provide high-speed WI-FI.

Parking is not available onsite, but it is possible to park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply and are paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, lounge, game room, gym, pilates area, coworking space, beach tennis court, and outdoor cinema area. Access to other leisure facilities will not be permitted.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the location.
