We are just 300m from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1 km from the iconic Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions. The region offers cultural attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas, ensuring a complete art and culture experience.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, Nespresso coffee maker, among others.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the rules of the inn.

Super Luxury Location and Apartment. Middle of the very high end location and i love it. Host also awesome and very understanding people. I will stay again over here on my next trip.
