We offer a 25m² space that accommodates up to 3 people with a queen bed and a pull-out bed. The building has 24-hour on-site concierge and a complete leisure area.

We are located in one of the city's major business districts, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, payment directly at the location). This area offers open WI-FI access.

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, providing greater safety for the space.

Upon entering, the guest will find:

- A kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, among others.

- Studio area with a queen bed, trundle bed, Smart TV, space for a home office or meals with a table and chairs, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, iron, and enclosed by glass windows and blackout blinds.

- Bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We also provide high-speed WI-FI.

Parking spaces are not available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not allowed.
