Located in a condominium with 24-hour in person concierge and leisure infrastructure with gym and swimming pool, our studio is a great option for those looking for practicality and comfort.

It is located close to the Historic Center of São Paulo and the republic's subway, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

The studio's atmosphere is in open concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a queen bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, bathroom, cabinets, desk for home office and SMART TV. We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

A balcony with glass door separates the spaces. On site, there is a chair for the benefit of the guest.

The condominium also has a gym, coworking space and a rooftop pool that overlooks historic buildings such as copan and italy terrace.

We do not provide garage, but it is possible to in the parking lot next to the entrance of the condominium.

Guests have free access to the entire condominium, except to the ballroom and barbecue facilities.

Santa Ifigênia is a neighborhood in the central region of the city of São Paulo. It is close to Praça da República, the City Hall of São Paulo, the Municipal Theater, Copan, Italy Building, among others. There are also many restaurants and bars in the area.

Next to the republic metro, you can easily go to the main points of the city using public transport. You can also get around using apps like Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and send valid ID with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).

- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- There are no child safety screens in the apartment.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool and gym. They may not use the party room.

- The condominium has shared laundry facilities (fees apply).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- We do not have a garage, but you can park your car in the parking lot next to the studio. Address: Rua Aurora, 760. The cost for 12 hours is R$15.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If none occur, there will be no additional charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
