We offer a 29m² space that accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium features leisure facilities, 24-hour security, and reception.

We are just 450m from the Sesc-Pompeia station and 900m from Nubank Park, with easy access to Palmeiras Barra-Funda station and the Bourbon and West Plaza malls.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one full set will be offered per stay. If you wish to exchange linens and towels during your stay, this service must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building does not have a shared laundry facility. You can use a nearby laundry service (fees apply, arranged directly at the location).

Upon entering the studio, the guest will find:
