The studio has a total area of 50m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed on the mezzanine. The building offers a complete leisure area and a 24-hour front desk.

Ibirapuera Park is about 2.5 km from the building, and we are close to other attractions such as Independence Park, Aclimação Park, São Paulo Aquarium, among others. Vila Mariana subway station (Line 1 – Blue) is 600m away.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set per stay will be provided. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is equipped with guardrails, providing greater safety in the area.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, instructions are provided on-site).

- The mezzanine has a ceiling height of 1.50m, which may limit comfort for standing, especially for taller people.

- Some stairs must be climbed to access the mezzanine, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering the studio, the guest will find:

- Mezzanine with a queen bed.

- Balcony with table and chairs and a city view, as well as safety railings.

- Bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi.

Parking spaces are not available, but you may park your car at a nearby parking lot (additional fees apply, paid directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue area or the party room.
