We offer a 35m² space that accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has 24-hour on-site security and leisure areas.

The building is in a strategic location, close to Campo Belo subway and Ibirapuera Mall, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply; instructions are available onsite).

Upon entering, guests will find:

- A kitchen equipped with a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, sandwich maker, blender, and items that provide a complete kitchen.

- Studio space with a double bed, air conditioning, iron, Smart TV, wardrobe, and table with chairs for meals, in addition to a glass door with access to the balcony and blackout curtains.

- Balcony with city view and railings.

- Bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi for home office use.

Parking spaces are not available. It is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, paid directly at the location).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, mini market, and coworking space. There will be no access to the party room.
