Our studio is spacious, with an area of 36m², and accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed. The building offers a leisure area and 24-hour reception.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you would like to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service will need to be hired separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional fees apply).

- There are no protective child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium offers a shared laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink (additional fees apply). In the same area, there is a waiting room with TV and an outdoor garden. We provide liquid detergent for your convenience.

Upon entering the studio, guests will find:

We also provide a rotating Smart TV that can be used in either the living room or the bedroom, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

Parking spaces are not available, but you can use a nearby parking lot (charges apply, payable directly at the location).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: lobby, swimming pool, gym, spa with sauna, relaxation room and massage room, bike storage, TV room, and coworking space with two private rooms. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.
