It is located just 650m from Santos-Imigrantes subway and close to São Paulo Aquarium and Independence Park, home to the Ipiranga Museum and the USP Zoology Museum.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety for the area.

- The building offers a shared laundry facility (charges apply and are paid directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, solarium, and gym. There will be no access to the party hall.
