Our house accommodates up to 9 people in 3 suites and 2 bedrooms. The house features a leisure area with a pool and a barbecue space.

We are close to Morumbi subway station and near many local amenities, such as MorumBIS stadium, hospitals, shops, and Cidade Jardim Mall.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay).

- The house has several stairs and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We allow up to 2 pets, subject to prior consultation and a one-time fee of R$150.00.

Upon entering the house, the guest will be on the ground floor. Here, they will find:

- Service area with washing machine and drying rack.

Going upstairs to the second floor, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms, all equipped with electric showers:

There are 6 covered parking spaces and 2 uncovered spaces available.

The guest will have access to all areas of the house, except for the caretakers' rooms and any rooms with locked doors.
