Our studio apartment is approximately 25m² and accommodates up to 3 guests, with a double bed and a trundle bed. The building offers complete leisure facilities and 24-hour security for added safety.
The building is located about 600m from Allianz Parque, the venue for the city's main concerts, events, and football matches. The area also offers easy access to Parque da Água Branca, West Plaza and Bourbon shopping malls, the Memorial da América Latina, and various leisure and service options.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with essential items for a practical and comfortable stay, including a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and capsule coffee machine, among other utensils.
The balcony is integrated into the space and separated by glass doors with blinds, while also offering a city view.
The studio also includes hot-and-cold air conditioning, a table with chairs for dining or home office use, high-speed Wi-Fi, garment steamer, and a bathroom equipped with a gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but there are nearby parking facilities available (additional cost, paid directly on-site).
Guests will have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, convenience store, and bicycle storage area. Access to the party room and gourmet area is not included.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all necessary information for your stay, including the house manual, property rules, and local recommendations.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible must send a selfie holding their ID for the short-term rental agreement, as well as valid photo identification for all guests (ID, driver’s license, RNE, or passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are not allowed after 10 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- The studio does not have child safety screens; however, the balcony is equipped with protective railings for added safety.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V, and there are no 220V outlets available.
- Guests will have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, convenience store, and bicycle storage area. Access to the party room and gourmet area is not included.
- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee (instructions provided on-site).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket, with 1 full set per stay. Additional changes can be requested for an extra fee.
- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- We do not provide parking spaces, but there are nearby parking options available (additional cost, paid directly on-site).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for the reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen situations. If no issues are identified, no extra charges will be applied. The deposit will be refunded within up to 7 days after check-out, following a property inspection.

Cometi um erro na hora do check-in, os anfitrioes foram super atenciosos e educados em todas as dúvidas que tive, local bem aconchegante e agradável.
