We are just a few blocks from Paulista Avenue, one of the city's main landmarks and home to many attractions and conveniences, such as Japan House, Casa das Rosas, and Shopping Pátio Paulista. We are also close to Hcor.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this must be requested separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings to ensure greater safety on the property.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie holding their ID to sign the vacation rental agreement, as well as valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE, or Passport).
- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
