Our studio has a space of 29m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.
We are 400m from the Sumaré subway (Line 2 – Green) and close to Beco do Batman, combining leisure and convenience in one place.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has a glass enclosure, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, minibar, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, among others. The balcony is integrated into the studio and has a table with chairs for meals and a futon, in addition to being closed off by glass windows and blinds.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, balcony with city views and gym.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, balcony with city views and gym.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices apply, instructions provided directly on site).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, agradável. Banheiro limpo, novinho, e higiene impecável. Equipe prestativa no atendimento. E, para os que são friorentos como eu, o ar condicionado tem aquecedor. Achei isso um diferencial! Recomendo a todos da comunidade!

Apartamento TOP! Tem tudo que precisa, completissimo, limpissimo, cheiroso, impecável. Local com portaria 24h (pessoal da recepção super gentil), rua paralela a Oscar Freire. Bairro muito acolhedor com feira no domingo na esquina do apartamento. Regras e comunicações sobre o apartamento extremamente clara. Local de fácil locomoção e rodeado de serviços e facilidades.
