We are in a prime location near Paulista Avenue, downtown, parks, museums, galleries, and shopping centers, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the space.

- The building offers a shared laundry facility (additional charges apply; instructions available on site).

In the studio, we offer:

Parking spaces are not available, but you can use a parking lot near the building (fees are separate and paid directly at the location).

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, which includes a gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool. In addition, there is a 24-hour convenience store and a coworking space. There is also a Smart Fit gym and a Minuto Pão de Açúcar market next to the building. Access to the party room is not included. The water quality in the swimming pools is checked on Thursdays and Fridays, so the pools may be unavailable on one of those days if a water change is necessary.
