This studio accommodates up to 2 guests, with one queen bed, is about 27m², and has a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The building is new and offers guests a pool, gym, and coworking space; front desk service is in person and 24/7.

About 300 meters away is Tucuruvi station (Line 1 – Blue), close to Shopping Tucuruvi, Expo Center Norte, Sambódromo do Anhembi, and Aeroporto Campo de Marte, a convenient location for anyone attending events at these venues.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this must be hired separately).

- There are no child safety screens. The balcony has a guardrail, but no screens, and is separated from the studio by a glass door.
