Our house accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms, offering a total space of 90m². We are located in a gated community with a leisure area.

We are approximately 1.3 km from Riviera Beach, making it the ideal choice for leisure, convenience, and safety in Bertioga. We are also close to Riviera Shopping.

- We provide pillows, blankets, and bed sheets. Guests are required to bring their own bath towels, face towels, and pool towels.

- Stairs must be climbed to access the property, making it unsuitable for children, elderly individuals, and people with reduced mobility.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The room with two single beds has a low ceiling and is better suited for children or shorter adults.

- We provide a beach umbrella, chairs, and bicycles. After use, all items must be washed and returned to the same place. Bicycles must be returned with their respective locks.

In the house environment, on the first floor, we offer:

- Living room with sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, and an integrated balcony featuring a table and chairs for meals and a loveseat sofa, enclosed with glass windows and overlooking the condominium pool.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay, such as refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, water filter, dishwasher, blender, among others.

- Laundry area with washing machine and drying rack.

- Bedroom with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a balcony.

- Bathroom 1 with electric shower.

Going up to the second floor, we have:

- Bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, minibar, air conditioning, desk with chair for home office, wardrobe, and a balcony with a loveseat sofa, chair, and pool view, enclosed with glass windows.

- Bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and desk with chair for home office.

- Bathroom 2 with electric shower.

We provide high-speed WI-FI and one uncovered, unmarked parking space.

The guest will have access to the pool. The condominium also has an ice machine. The guest will not have access to other houses in the condominium, the barbecue area, or the party hall.
