House with pool and barbecue near the beach

We accommodate up to 8 people in a suite with a double bed and a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed in each and a sofa bed in the living room, in a 200m² house.

We are located within a gated community near Boracéia Beach, combining leisure and practicality in one place.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linen, pillows, towels, blankets, etc.

- We only allow small pets, up to 10kg, upon payment of a fee of R$150.00 per animal (upon consultation). We do not accept medium and large pets; if this rule is not followed, a fine will be charged on the security deposit.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the suite and one of the bedrooms, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- ATTENTION: It is forbidden to enter the house with glass objects, especially sharp objects.

Upon arrival at the house, guests will have access to the leisure area, which has a swimming pool and gourmet area with barbecue, refrigerator, stove and table with chairs for meals, as well as a washing machine.

The living room is integrated into the kitchen, which has a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop stove, among others.

We also have an electric shower in both bathrooms, air conditioning in the upper bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the lower bedroom. We also have a Smart TV in the living room and a regular TV in the lower bedroom, as well as high-speed WI-FI throughout the house and an iron.

We have 5 uncovered parking spaces inside the house.

The guest will have access to all areas of the house. They will not have access to the condominium's leisure facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The condominium has restaurants, pharmacies and other shops and conveniences. We are close to the beaches of Itaguá and Boracéia, as well as the mouth of the Guaratuba River, where you can see the meeting of the river and the sea in one place.

The house is located 2.3 km from the gate (6 minutes by car), so you need to park your car near the gate inside the condominium and cross to the beach on foot.
