Strategically located next to the Frei Caneca Shopping Mall and close to the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway station, it is ideal for exploring the city while maintaining a work routine. There is also an Oxxo supermarket on the building's facade, combining comfort and convenience in one place.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, minibar, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, among others. The balcony has a table with chairs and a view of the city.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with electric shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer and smart switch.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, solarium, coworking space, outdoor living area and bicycle parking. They will not be able to use the party room and barbecue area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (prices apply, instructions provided directly on site).
