Our 30m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests in a queen bed and features a balcony with a city view on the 15th floor. The building offers a pool, dry sauna, gym, and 24-hour staffed reception.

The area includes Porto Theater, the Pinacoteca of São Paulo, Moinho Park, and Rio Branco Avenue leading to downtown. Júlio Prestes and Luz stations are nearby, as well as the future government administrative headquarters.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change linens or towels during your stay, this service must be requested for an additional fee).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional fees apply).

- The building offers basic daily cleaning of the studio, free of charge, from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This includes general dusting, sweeping the floor, washing dishes, and taking out the trash. It does not include changing linens or cleaning the bathroom.

- There are no child safety screens. The balcony has a guardrail and is closed with a glass door.

- The building offers a shared laundry facility (additional fees apply).

The layout of the 30m² studio, which also offers Wi-Fi, is as follows:

- The living room has a sofa and a table with chairs, which can be used for meals or as a home office.

- The kitchen features a mini fridge, a counter with stools, a stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, and electric kettle, among other useful items for a comfortable stay.

- In the bedroom, there is a queen bed, air conditioning, a closet, blackout curtains, and an AOC Smart TV with Roku system. The small balcony is enclosed by a glass door, comes with a lounge chair, and offers a city view from the 15th floor.

- The bathroom includes an electric shower and a hair dryer.

Parking is not available, but you can park your car in a nearby lot (fees apply).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, dry sauna, and gym. The party room and barbecue area are not available for use.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips in the surrounding area.
