Loft for 4 people near Santa Cecília subway

Our loft has a space of 52m² and accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed, a sofa bed and a futon.

We are 600m from the Santa Cecília subway (Line 3 – Red) and the Pátio Higienópolis Shopping Mall, offering a combination of leisure and practicality.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the loft, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The property does not have a shared laundry room. There is a self-service laundry room in front of the property, as well as other laundries on the same street (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which has an armchair, Smart TV and fan. The kitchen has the ideal utensils for a stay, such as a stove, oven, minibar, microwave, blender, water filter, sandwich maker and more, as well as a table with chairs for meals.

The bedroom has a table with a chair for a home office, wardrobe, ceiling fan and luggage racks.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

The guest will have access to the loft's facilities, not being allowed to pass through the gate with protective screen at the back of the property or climb the stairs to the other lofts.
