We have a 25m² studio space that accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.
Located 50m from the Vila Madalena subway station, it is ideal for those who want to explore the city while maintaining a work routine, with easy access to several conveniences in the region.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, hood, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. The balcony is integrated into the studio, and there is a table with chairs for meals and blackout blinds.
We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with a swimming pool, gym, and bike storage. The party room can also be used exclusively as a coworking space, but not for events, and is available depending on availability.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie holding their ID to sign the vacation rental agreement, as well as valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE, or Passport).
- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests have full access to the entire condominium complex, including the leisure area with a pool, gym, and bike storage. The party room may also be used exclusively as a coworking space—subject to availability—but is not permitted for use for events.
- The condominium features a shared OMO laundry facility (fees apply).
- Bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket are provided (one complete set per stay). If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be arranged separately.
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply)
- Parking is not provided on-site, but parking is available at a nearby lot (fees apply).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation to cover any unforeseen issues; if none arise, there will be no extra charges. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection of the unit.
