- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed with glass windows, providing greater safety for the space.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils for a practical stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, range hood, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, among others. The balcony is integrated with the studio and features a table and chairs for meals, as well as blackout blinds.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- The studio does not have child safety screens. However, the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, providing an additional level of safety.

- The standard electrical voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- Guests will have full access to the condominium's common areas, including the leisure area with a swimming pool, fitness center, and bicycle storage. The party room may also be used exclusively as a coworking space, subject to availability. Events and parties are not permitted in this area.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each reservation includes one complete set of linens for the entire stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

- If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional charge.

- The property does not include a parking space. However, paid parking is available nearby.
