- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals. The balcony is closed off by glass windows and blackout blinds and has views of the city.
We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, gym and bicycle rack. ATTENTION: The gym will be under maintenance from 05/23/2025 to 05/30/2025.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
