We can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed, in a space of approximately 25m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.
We are just a few meters from the Hospital do Coração and Avenida Paulista and its attractions, such as Japan House, Itaú Cultural, Casa das Rosas, Mirante do SESC and Shopping Pátio Paulista.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be booked separately).
- If you wish to request extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails to ensure greater safety.
- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry (additional charges apply, paid directly on-site).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others. The balcony has blackout blinds and a view of the street.
We also have a table with chairs for dining or home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with gas shower.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, games room and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie holding their ID to sign the vacation rental agreement, as well as valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE, or Passport).
- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Violations will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the pool, gym, coworking space, game room, and bike storage. Access to the party room is not included.
- The condominium features a shared OMO laundry facility (fees apply, payable on-site).
