Our studio has a space of approximately 28m² and accommodates up to 4 people in a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. We are in a condominium with shared laundry facilities and 24-hour doorman.

We are located next to the Jardim São Paulo Shopping-Metro (Line 1 – Blue) and approximately 7 minutes by car from the São Camilo Hospital, in addition to being close to several shops in the region.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- We have child protection screens in the studio, ensuring greater safety for the location.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, water filter, sandwich maker, electric kettle, among others, as well as tables with chairs for meals and a Smart TV. The balcony has a glass door and blackout curtains, as well as views of the city.

We also have air conditioning, a steamer, high-speed Wi-Fi, wardrobes and a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's facilities. They will not be able to use the barbecue area and party room.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
