Our apartment is approximately 28m² and comfortably accommodates up to two people in a queen bed. It is located in a condominium with a shared laundry and 24-hour staffed security.

The location is excellent: next to Shopping Metrô Jardim São Paulo (Line 1 – Blue) and close to many conveniences and attractions such as Hospital São Camilo, Shopping Center Norte, Anhembi Sambadrome, and Lassú Restaurant.


– We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket. A complete set of linens is provided per stay. Extra changes of linens and towels can be requested for an additional fee.

– If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance. Cleaning services are charged separately.

– The balcony is equipped with child safety screens, offering extra security for the environment.

– The condominium features a shared OMO laundry facility. Usage is charged separately.


When you enter the apartment, you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a practical stay: cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, water filter, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker, and other utensils. The space also features a dining table with chairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV.

The balcony has a glass door, blackout curtains, and a laundry area with a wash basin, as well as providing a beautiful view of the city.

The apartment also offers air conditioning, steamer, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a gas-heated shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer a parking space, but there are nearby parking lots available for an additional fee, paid directly on site.


The guest will have access to the common areas of the condominium, such as the gym. The use of the barbecue area and the party room is not available.


This property is managed by the Meu Anfitrião Agency, which will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the apartment manual, house rules, and leisure suggestions in the area.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the booking holder must provide a selfie while holding a valid photo ID to complete the vacation rental agreement. A valid photo ID (ID card, driver's license, residence permit, or passport) must also be submitted for all guests.

- To comply with the condominium rules, noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are strictly prohibited.

- Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- The balcony is equipped with child safety screens, providing additional protection for children.

- The apartment's standard electrical voltage is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet, clearly marked and located in the kitchen.

- Guests have access to the condominium's shared facilities, including the gym. The barbecue area and party room are not available for guest use.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.

- One complete set of bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket is provided per stay. Additional linen or towel changes are available upon request for an extra charge.

- If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional fee.

- The property does not include a parking space. Paid parking facilities are available near the building, with payment made directly on-site.

- A R$1,000.00 security deposit is required for your reservation to cover any potential damages or unexpected expenses. If no issues are found after your stay, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following the apartment inspection.

O prédio é ótimo, limpo, os funcionários são educados, muito bem localizado, seguro, perto do metrô. O apartamento é uma graça, claro, ventilado, corresponde com as fotos. Porém, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Falei com a anfitriã, Luiza, que logo providenciou um repasse, e a prestadora foi excelente, fazendo uma ótima limpeza. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi ótima! No geral, gostei muito da unidade! Recomendo.

Nossa estada foi perfeita, nao queriamos ir embora. O apartamento é lindo, agradável, decoração impecavel, utensilios novos, muitos armarios, ambiente, arejado; voces conseguiram fazer um espaco pequeno ser funcional e aconchegante. O chuveiro é muito bom e apesar do colchao ser durinho, nos tb gostamos. A localização é otima, praticamente em frente ao metro Jardim Sao Paulo e o bairro é tranquilo e seguro.
