Our apartment is approximately 28m² and comfortably accommodates up to two people in a queen-size bed. It's located in a gated community with shared laundry facilities and a 24-hour doorman.
The location is excellent: next to the Jardim São Paulo Metro Shopping Mall (Line 1 – Blue) and close to several amenities and attractions, such as São Camilo Hospital, Shopping Center Norte, Anhembi Sambadrome, Lassú Restaurant, and more.
– We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket. A full set of linens will be provided per stay. Additional linen and towel changes can be requested for an additional fee.
– If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact our team in advance. Cleaning is charged separately.
– The balcony has child safety screens, providing added safety.
– The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO). Use is charged separately.
Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the kitchen, equipped with everything they need for a convenient stay: a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, water filter, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker, and other utensils. The space also features a dining table with chairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV.
The balcony features a glass door, blackout curtains, and a laundry area with a sink, as well as beautiful city views.
The apartment also features air conditioning, a steamer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking, but there are nearby parking lots for a fee, directly on site.
The guest will have access to the common areas of the condominium, with the exception of the barbecue area and the party room.
This property is managed by Agência Meu Anfitrião, which will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including the apartment manual, rules of coexistence and suggestions for leisure activities in the area.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet, marked in the kitchen.
