In a space of approximately 28m², our apartment accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size bed. We are in a condominium with shared laundry facilities and 24-hour doorman.
We are located next to the Jardim São Paulo Shopping-Metro (Line 1 – Blue) and close to attractions and conveniences such as the São Camilo Hospital, Shopping Center Norte, Anhembi Sambadrome, Lassú Restaurant, among others.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- We have child safety screens on the balcony, ensuring greater safety for the property.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, water filter, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker, among others, as well as tables with chairs for meals, a sofa and a Smart TV. The balcony has a glass door, blackout curtains and a laundry area with a sink, as well as views of the city.
We also have air conditioning, a steamer, high-speed Wi-Fi, wardrobes and a bathroom with a gas shower and a hair dryer.
We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as the gym. They will not be able to use the barbecue area or party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- We have child safety screens on the balcony, ensuring greater security at the location.
- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet, which is marked in the kitchen.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as the gym. They will not be able to use the barbecue area or party room.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
