- After the reservation is confirmed, the main guest must provide a photo/selfie holding a valid ID for the short-term rental agreement, as well as submit a valid photo ID for all guests (ID card, driver’s license, residence permit, or passport).

El apartamento muy limpio, con todas las comodidades, en un lugar muy tranquilo y lo más bonito muy seguro, la entrada era con reconocimiento facial, tenía varias zonas comunes muy útiles, la verdad si vuelvo sería el único lugar donde pensaría en quedarme de nuevo

I had a great experience staying at this place. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood felt very safe at all times. Although the space is small, it’s incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it feel just like home. Another big plus is the location: you're just a short walk away from great bars and restaurants, so there's always something to do nearby. Highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable, and convenient stay!

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und schnelle Reaktion. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen mit vielen guten Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Diese sind auch abends gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Check-in hat aufgrund der klaren Informationen und Vorbereitungen im Vorherein super geklappt. Der Pool hat aufgrund der Lage nicht lange Sonne. Der Gym ist nicht gross, hat jedoch alle nötigen Geräte. Die Wäscherei funktioniert mit der App OMO. (Zur Info bezüglich App: Wenn darin bereits ein anderer Wohnkomplex eingetragen ist, muss dieser von OMO manuell gelöscht werden.)
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
