Family chalet surrounded by nature

Our chalet, built in 1949 with araucaria wood, sits on an 11,000m² wooded area. It is small and rustic, maintaining its original style for an authentic Campos do Jordão experience.

Located just 2.5 km from Capivari center and surrounded by nature, the chalet offers tranquility, privacy, and security for every guest.

- We provide bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows. All beds are equipped with heated sheets and oil heaters.

- Small pets are welcome, subject to prior approval and an additional fee of R$100.00 per pet.

- Our location is safe, situated near residential communities with regular security provided by night guards.

The property offers a tranquil atmosphere, with its main highlight being the surrounding araucaria forests and an adjoining glass room. This unique space allows you to stay warm while remaining connected to nature. The chalet also features double walls for added coziness during colder days. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy:

- An outdoor space with a gourmet area, perfect for barbecue or pizza gatherings in the garden. There is also a hill next to the chalet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine on a sunny day.

- A covered outdoor veranda with comfortable sofas, a rocking chair, and a fireplace for chilly days. This area is designed for relaxation, allowing you to unwind, listen to nature, and appreciate the mountain atmosphere in comfort.

- A living room with a sofa and a dining table with chairs for meals.

- A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, water filter, electric kettle and coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, and other utensils.

- The first bedroom features a queen bed, and an extra single bed can be added upon request at the time of booking.

- Each of the other two bedrooms has two single beds, which can be combined to form a double bed if requested at the time of booking.

- Two bathrooms: one indoor with a shower and bathtub, and another outdoor support bathroom with a shower and hot water.

The chalet is also equipped with SKY TV, Netflix in the living room, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (600 MB).

We are located in a safe area, close to residential neighborhoods, with ongoing security provided by night patrols. Three parking spaces are available.

Guests will have access to the entire chalet.
