Our studio has a space of 27m² and can accommodate up to 3 people in a double bed and an extra single bed. We are in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

The condominium is located on Avenida Santo Amaro, which has several shops, in addition to being close to the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls and the Severo Gomes and Cordeiro parks.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared OMO 24-hour laundry service (charges apply, instructions for use directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils to ensure a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, among others. The balcony divides the spaces with a glass window and blackout curtains, as well as a view of the city.

We have a table with chairs for dining or home office, air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, coworking space, terrace and swimming pool with accessibility for people with disabilities. The guest will not be able to use the gourmet area and party room.
