We are about 300m from Allianz Parque, close to attractions such as Audio, Latin America Memorial, Água Branca Park, and Espaço Unimed.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the area.
- The building has a shared laundry facility (additional charges apply, instructions are available on site).
Upon entering, guests will have access to a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among other items. There is also a table with chairs for meals or for use as a home office. There is a small balcony with a city view, glass door, and blackout curtains.
The apartment offers air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hair dryer.
We do not offer parking spaces. If needed, you can park nearby, paying directly at the parking lot.
The guest may use the coworking space and the gym, but will not have access to the other leisure areas of the condominium.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information you need for your stay, including a manual, house rules, and leisure suggestions in the area.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie holding their ID card to sign the vacation rental agreement, as well as valid photo ID for all guests (National ID, Driver's License, RNE, or Passport).
- Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, subject to availability. Please check with our team in advance to confirm.
- Noise and the use of loudspeakers are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Violations will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests have access to the coworking space and the gym. Access to other leisure facilities in the condominium is not included.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (additional fees apply; instructions are available on-site).
- Bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket are provided (one complete set per stay). If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be purchased separately.
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional fees apply).
- Parking spaces are not provided. You can park at a nearby parking lot (additional fees apply; payment made directly on-site).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation to cover any unforeseen issues; if none arise, no extra charges will be applied. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following an inspection of the unit.
