We are approximately 300m from Allianz Parque, in addition to being close to attractions in the region such as Audio, Memorial da América Latina, Parque da Água Branca and Espaço Unimed.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others, as well as a table with chairs for dining or a home office. We have a small balcony with a view of the city, glass door and blackout curtains.
We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
The guest will have access to the coworking space. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities in the condominium.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
