Our studio has a space of 22m and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are located next to the Brooklin subway (Line 5 - Lilac) and Santo Amaro Avenue, where you can find several options of shops, restaurants, markets, among others.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, blender, among others. We have a balcony with a glass door, blackout curtains and views of the city.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym and swimming pool. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

We are located next to the Brooklin subway station (Line 5 - Lilac), making it easy to get around the city using public transportation. You can also use transportation apps, such as Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security to the place.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym and swimming pool. They will not have access to the party room.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices are separate, instructions are available directly on site).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
